Lift out of action caused a problem

Fresh towels and room cleaned every day Staff pleasant and helpful.

As I walk with a stick, required to climb stairs as lift not working for the duration of our stay. Unless the shower pressure was reduced , it went everywhere. Balcony too small for three people. Constant road traffic noise. Reception wasn't often manned during the day.

Air conditioning. Window blind rolls. Large balcony. Parking is possible by blocking the first lane of the public road across the street from the building. Police don’t fine anyone for this (and not for any other traffic abuse)

Small bathroom. Noisy street in front of the hotel. Elevator only works with a separate access card, held by the staff. Scratched building walls.

Pleasant

It was clean and comfortable, the towels were changed daily, staff was welcoming.

The location was right above one of the main streets of Saranda and if you opened the window there was so much noise and fumes. There was some problem with humidity at the facility too.

Excellent apartament

Beautiful apartment, everything was perfect. Nearby you can find everything what you need. Shops, restaurants, city beach, rent agency's. The room was amazing, I felt like a princess. The personel is so nicely and helpful. Don't be confused and book here your holidays

Good location, rooms were very clean, they clean the rooms every day and add new towells. The room was big with a big balcony too. I would recomend 100% Flower Residence appartments.

Location good, otherwise not.

Location was very good: Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc.

The smell of sewage that did not go away. The smell of humidity neither. No natural light. Very small and dysfunctional shower that wets the entire bathroom. Hardly any relevant supply in the kitchenette; no one would be able to make use of it.

Good value but a few things could have been better

Good value and nice apartment.

It’s a tough walk uphill from the city centre to the hotel, our key card stopped working and we had to carry a key around, we had to wait to pick up our bags when we left and the alarm in our door went off every time we went in our out.

Location and sweet cleaner lady. Room was clean. Some opportunities to park in the street.

Mould different coners- especially in the bathroom. Bathroom was built the way that you could not to avoid wet all bathroom floor.

Great experience

The days spent near Flower Residence were wonderful. The apartment was always clean thanks to the excellent work that the staff performed there every day. Also worth mentioning is the professionalism of both tour supervisors. Unfortunately we had a small incident which with the help of Flower Residence staff was fixed very quickly. Finally, I recommend staying at Flower Residence as it is worth every penny spent there.

La struttura è situata a 10 minuti a piedi dal lungo mare, il proprietario persona gentilissima e accogliente e la struttura è davvero super pulita e confortevole!

Se devo dire cosa non mi è piaciuto direi il bagno che dovrebbe essere migliorato a parer mio e la linea wi-fi.

Alles was netjes en schoon, de badkamer was wel aan de krappe kant. Tijdens het douchen werd alles nat.

Het was langs een drukke weg, waar je op de stoep kon parkeren. Maar als je even de stadje in wilde wandelen was het een beste klim terug om hoog.
