About this apartment rental
Spacious and bright apartment of about 85 square meters with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeps 6 in total.
A fantastic rooftop terrace of about 75 square meters with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and Corfu in the distance. Front-row seats to beautiful sunsets!
Well-equipped and modern apartment with AC in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a smart TV.
Wi-Fi is included in the price.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and, of course, a dishwasher! Other amenities include a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
The bathrooms feature tiled floors and a shower corner with glass shower walls. The rear bathroom has a washing machine (capacity 8 kg/1400 rpm).
A hair dryer is also provided.
The living room features a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, a sofa set, and a 46" TV with internet connection, Apple TV, and an HDMI cable—perfect for cozy movie nights.
There is an air conditioner in every room—three in total—with individual controls.
The nearest grocery store is right across the street, less than 100 meters from the apartment.
Saranda is an old fishing village, and the small harbor in the middle of the boardwalk remains the town’s hub, where both tourists and locals gather to chat and enjoy an espresso at one of the many cafés or restaurants.
The very pleasant restaurant Limani is also located here.
There’s a wide variety of restaurants in Saranda, and there are about ten within 100 meters of the apartment.
Swimming:
There are beaches everywhere, and it’s perfectly fine to swim right along the boardwalk in “downtown Saranda.” The closest swimming spot is Lost Seaside, just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It has nice swimming ladders leading down into the sea and also offers access to a pool (for a fee).
If you’re planning a full day at the beach, you’ll want to take a taxi or bus to Ksamil, about 15 minutes south of Saranda. Here you’ll find gorgeous fine-grained sandy beaches and small, charming islands, as well as many nice restaurants.
The bus to Ksamil stops 10 meters from the house; it runs twice an hour and costs just a few kronor.
Another full-day excursion is to Luvovë, about 25 minutes north of Saranda. A lovely beach framed by beautiful cliffs and much fewer people. There are many small, simple restaurants and bars on the beach. It has a bit of a Caribbean vibe!
Parking:
Free parking spots are available along the road in front of the house, but there is no dedicated parking space belonging to the apartment. Please note that during peak season, parking spots are in high demand!
Culture:
The historic cities of Gjirokastra and the ruins of Butrint are both listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
It takes 20–25 minutes by car or bus to reach Butrint, and about an hour to Gjirokastra.
A slightly longer excursion takes you to the stunningly beautiful city of Berat, which is also home to many wineries.

We stayed for 10 nights in this apartment, we had friends and family staying in various apartments all over Saranda and this by far was the best. It's a beautiful apartment and perfect location to everything. The owners are also very kind and if we ever go back to Saranda we would be delighted to stay here again.
I did on one day forget the keys and locked myself out(self looking door, baby and two kids brain :-) ) but the agent was delightful and help arrived within the hour.
I can not thank everyone enough and would highly recommend this apartment.

We are a family of 5 people. Apartment has enough space, is in good condition and clean on arrival.
1 bedroom with a double bed and in the living (kitchen) another bed for 3 people.
Airco in both rooms. Very useful with the temperature in Sarandë. In the kitchen you will find everything you need even a dishwasher. in the bathroom you will find the washing machine.
Location approx 15-20 minutes walk to the promenade of Sarandë.
Closest market is under the apartment. Bakery and larger market within 5 minutes walk and a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Several beaches within 5-10 minutes were you can rent sunbeds and parasol.
Parking just in front of the apartment.
The apartment was amazing! A wonderful balcony with panoramic sea views with Corfu in the distance. Some noice from the street.
Another big plus was that there were both shower towels and beach towels in the rent!
Contact with owner very pleasant. Also with the office who takes care of the apartment in Sarandë.
I highly recommend this apartment and Saranda.

We are a familiy of four persons who had an excellent week in this modern and appealing apartment in July. We were very happy with everyting in the flat, especially the sunny balcony with a wide and stunning view over the ocean. The location is also very good, central but at the same time somewhat outside the hustle closer to the main sea promenade. The main road through Sarande was just outside our doorstep, but the traffic was not very disturbing.
Unfortunately the service office did not have extra keys when our son lost the only key to the apartment, so we had to call a locksmith and get a new lock and keys. We recommend that the service office should have an extra key.
