Great stay with caring staff :) really felt like at home during the stay :)

Special thanks for the hard -working receptionist. She is a great person and she does her job incredibly well. Generally, staff was very children -friendly. We loved our apartment and were happy to extend our stay by a day. Recommending the room with bigger balcony.

The studio is smaller than we expected. The bath doesn’t have a curtain, so the bathroom would be wet. Kitchen with few supplies to cook.

Very pleasant place to stay in Sarande.

Easy and fast communication. Parking available. Fantastic view from the balcony. Good location, in a (not-so-short) walking distance from restaurants and the promenade. Breakfast was amazing!!

The WiFi was not strong enough and not steady. The shower had no curtain at all, and it was inevitable to get the whole bathroom wet. A good advice is for the property to install anti slipping stickers on stairs, as two of our family member slipped and could have fallen (we were concerned about elderly people in that situation).

Great find in Sarande with lovely breakfast

Unico ApartHotel was easy to find in Sarande. We walked from the port and wasn't too bad. We had a family room and found it quite spacious. There was a balcony with a couple of chairs to sit outside. It was very clean, plenty of towels for all the 5 of us. Breakfast was great in the morning. Plenty of variety - cheese, meat, cereal, bread, traditional food, fruit, coffee - great bonus to have! There's a shop 1 minute away that sells snacks and drinks for a reasonable price. They had a space under the hotel to park the car for the night but it got very busy as the day went on. We only stayed for a night - but would recommend !

There was no shower screen in the bathroom - when we took a shower the water went everywhere! But I think this is common in Albania as we have travelled from North to South and haven't seen many bathrooms with curtains/ screen.

Excellent location of the hotel. Beautiful. Incredible view of the sea. Very nice polite and attentive staff. They cleaned every day, without asking, changed towels. delicious breakfast, delicious coffee. It was the nicest place in Saranda. My daughter and I were pleased

this does not affect the hotel rating, but there were very unpleasant neighbors. They smoked all night and listened to loud music. At 4-5 in the morning we woke up from cigarette smoke in our room. Our balconies were one meter apart. These people did not say «hello” of greeting in response. I think that smoking on the balcony should be banned. I think that people should be respected, especially those with children, and not listen to all the music all their lives.

Overall it was very good stay and was comfortable.

The sea view from our room was very good. The breakfast was also very good with lot of options and variety. The receptionist was helpful in guiding us for buses.

The location is on top of the road and a bit inside so had to walk all the way upwards with our bags. There was only one small blanket given to us.

I had a fantastic stay at this aparthotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available with a smile. They made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my visit. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning—perfect variety, great coffee, and a relaxed atmosphere to start the day. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the use of local ingredients. The entire place was spotless. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and all common areas were tidy and inviting. You can tell the team here really cares about quality and guest satisfaction.

It was an easy and beautiful place to relax.

The accommodations were very clean, modern, and had great views of the bay. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location was great for us because it was away from the hustle and bustle of the board walk(about a 15 min walk). We were also grateful for the planning assistance we received with local activities, restaurants and transportation from Ledjona. She made everything much easier to navigate!

Good hotel to be in.

The hotel is nice and clean, I spent 2 nights, the room was cleaned on the first morning. The breakfast was good. The young and intelligent lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. The staff is always smiling. The place is quiet, not far but not near the city. I recommend it.

Nice stay

We booked an appartment for 5, which was spacious enough for all. The kitchen is well eqipped to prepare a quick meal. You have a view of the sea from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and staff really friendly.

I had a great time in Saranda / Melsi Apartments.

Melsi Apartments are a nice place to enjoy your holidays in Saranda. They located close Port Saranda, City Centre, Main Beach and other Beaches. In the area of the apartments you have a lot of Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets and otherwise options for shopping. The Apartments/Rooms are well furnished. You have all you need, a little kitchen to make your own meals, very comfortable beds, Internet and TV. From the balkony you can enjoy a nice view of Saranda City, the Bay and breathtaking sunset. Outside the building there is a big terrace, where you can spend time with really good coffee, made by hosts, or some beers. The hosts are great people and very friendly. They have a lot of recommendations, what you can do in these area to make your vacation really nice.

Beautiful stay with beautiful people and hosts!

Location was great just off the main road with all the shops and resto and bakeries. 15 mins to sarande promenade. Breakfast was great and lot of variety and fresh fruits. Family run establishment and they are super friendly and did all thry could to make our stay wonderful. They suggested soo many good places to go and visit and eat at. it was the wife's birthday and they made it super special with decorating with balloons and a special bottle. Couldnt of asked for a better service from them all so thank you so much for making it a beautiful stay!! we will return!!!

I just don’t have any words. For the room, for the hosts. There’s no perfection in this world, but Melsi apartments really achieved it. We were sooo relaxed and joyful and I’m mentioning the hosts again…no words for them! We had the best time in Saranda and I will always recommend this place to everyone. It s a soul place for us, definitely! Thank you so much!!!

Absolutely lovely time in Saranda at Melsi Apartment. Erinda is fantastic, everything is clean, comfortable. Place is located close to the centre, and very quite. Nice view to the sea. Every morning enjoyed Cappuccino, which Erinda made for us. She is very helpful, and always gives good advices. Amazing time and good memories!

Very pleasant host! Erinda helped us with all our questions and explained in details everything about Saranda! Very very clean territory and room! It was amazing! Daily cleaning! Regular change of bed linen and towels. We had a very nice sea view from our balcony. Comfortable bed. The room has excellent soundproofing. Also the apartments are located on a quiet street. So we slept well. We didn`t have kettle or cooking stove in the room, but we had necessary set of dishes like knives, plates, forks, spoons, glasses and cups. Also there is a cozy bar in the apartments where you can drink tasty coffee or tea or cold soft drinks or beer. As for the location. The apartments are located close to the center. At a distance of 200 meters from the apartment there is a grocery supermarket with everything you need and restaraunt with tasty food and cheap prices. The big plus of the apartments is that next to them in 3 minutes walking there is a nice Albatrossbeach. It is small, very clean, atmospheric and there is not large number of people there, unlike the rest of Saranda's beaches, which we visited. We liked Saranda and Melsi apartments, and host, and location and really advice it!

Wooow, wooow, wooow !!! 10 is a small rating for this service and this hotel. Everything looks much better than in the pictures. Erinda and her husband are the best hosts ever! The location is phenomenal, the service is phenomenal, the breakfast is very good, the apartment is clean, the bed linen and towels are changed every day. We even got presents at the end of the trip. Parking is provided in a very busy street. Well stocked market for 5 minutes. Two balconies. Thank you from the all of my heart. Again, wooow, wooow, wooow!!!

Die Aussicht vom Balkon (4.er Stock)

Ungeziefer im Zimmer (Ameisen), alt und abgelebtes Zimmer nur ein dünnes Lagen als Bettdecke bei 3 Grad Außentemperatur, kein Duschvorhang, ganzes Bad schwimmt nach dem Duschen und die Fliesen sind dann extrem Rutschig. Dem Mitarbeitern denn ich wegen einer Decke gefragt habe ist das Handy wichtiger bis ich ein Taxi erbeten habe, kurzer Anruf und einer der Hotelmitarbeiter kommt zum Fahren, nur das man dann mindestens das doppelte bezahlen darf wie wenn wirklich ein Taxi gekommen wäre. Das Frühstück fühlt sich nicht frisch an, die Gurkenscheiben waren trocken und miteinander verklebt, Kaffee schmeckt nach gefärbten Wasser und "Orangensaft" ist nur Chemiebrühe, die frittierten Eier sind nass. Alles in allem zum Schlafen gerade noch so ok, zumindest wenn man die Ameisen erst am letzten morgen entdeckt, ansonsten ist hier wirklich nur die Aussicht als gut zu bewerten. Die Kochplatte die im Schrank steht sieht aus als könnte man sich damit gut selbst aus dem Leben nehmen.
