Seascape apt 7 is situated in the centre of Sarandë with a magnificent balcony seaside view. This recently refurbished modern apartment has two bedrooms, one living room with a sofa bed, new bathroom and two balconies comfortably accommodating up to 5 adults with the best restaurants just five minutes walking distance. Situated above the promenade as shown in the photos making it easy to access the public beaches. There is on site premises parking subject to availability, owned by a third party which paid on site daily.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a block of flats very close to the seafront. The view from the balcony was super and especially the sunsets were spectacular. It was however very close to a busy thoroughfare with traffic noise from below quite intrusive at times. However, it was a small price to pay for a great location. The property was spacious and well apppointed and it was handy to have chance to park out front by arrangement and additional cost with the building manager. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay - first time in Albania - and Serande has much to offer with great bars and restaurants very close by. The people were super friendly and we had a great time.
