Highly recommended residency!

The view!! Amazing and so peaceful, The location is in a very family friendly compound and away from the traffic of Sarande still easy access to everything around. Markets and restaurants very close. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, fully equipped and had a great terrace. Saimir and Nori were so friendly and helpful with check in and other staff. Thank you for the very nice accommodation, my family loved it!

Conveniently located pristine apartment with great communicative host.

Lovely clean apartment with comfy bed and sofa bed. Balcony is small (ie on side of building) but can still get lovely views of the sea and sunset and gorgeous views from the living room. Kitchen was well equipped for our basic breakfast needs/making tea and opening wine. It's a little away from the ctr of Sarande (but to us that was a good thing!) but still some fab restaurants closeby and small supermarkets. Our host was so helpful communicating throughout with any qs, allowing a late checkout and providing local taxi numbers.

Location is near to a local beach but not somewhere you would spend the day.

The apartment is modern, beautifully furnished, spacious, and located in a quiet location. Communication with Saimir was perfect at all times. We received excellent directions in advance so we could drive directly to the parking lot. Saimir also gave us some excellent tips. The apartment has a modern kitchen and plenty of dishes and cutlery for two people. Everything was clean. The bathroom is very spacious with a large walk-in shower. The balcony is large and furnished with a large table and chairs. It's truly wonderful to have breakfast with a view of the sea and the island of Corfu. The Wi-Fi works very well. There's a small beach right in front of the house, but we used the beach at the Hotel Santa Quaranta with loungers and umbrellas, which is only a 4-minute walk away. The promenade is about a 30-40-minute walk, but we enjoyed the walk. We fully recommend the apartment and thanks Saimir.

Very good!

Very good location, away from trafic and with direct view to the sea. Wide parking in front of the building. AC in the living and bedroom. All the necessary in the kitchen. Big balcony. Close to the beach.

The bedroom door creak and did not close. The front door lock creaks. The balcony door did not close well. The light in the bathroom was too weak.

Nice journey.

The apartment is in the Quaranta complex, easy access to the only decent beach, Quaranta. Balcony with sea view.

The balcony door was half broken, the whole complex seems to have cardboard walls, you can hear all the neighbors - sideways, upstairs, downstairs, the elevator when it's in operation. The apartment is a few years old, but the interaction with Saimir, the host, made up for the shortcomings. An extraordinary guy, a real pleasure to meet him.

Amazing stay with a spectacular view

The view is absolutely insane 😍 The bed was super comfortable and the shutters completely blocked out the sunlight which is perfect for sleeping in! The apartment had everything we needed. It really felt like home. Would definitely love to come back one day!

Fantastic apartment in Sarandë with wonderful views

Amazing spacious apartment with exceptional views over the sea, Corfu island and sunset. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Just outside, you can swim in Crystal clear water in the sea. There are some cafes and restaurants nearby and it’s a perfect base to explore the area including day trips to Ksamil and to Durint. Saimir was always available if we had any questions and greeted us on arrival. Aircon was definitely needed and the terrace was very enjoyable for an evening drink.

Great experience, outstanding view. Friendly host.

Everything was outstanding. Great view. Great location. Great staff. Everybody was friendly. We felt the whole time very welcome. We traveled by our own car from Germany. The trip was outstanding. A private parking space right in front of the apartment is available. We will definitely travel again to this location. The host was very kind and had a lot of good trip advices.

Even better than the photos!

Felt clean and new. Great beach for swimming directly in front that we had to ourselves. Had all the amenities that are often missing such as washing powder, dishwashing liquid. Good communication from the host and we were able to check in early. Thanks!

By the sea

Nice and cozy apartment by the sea. Amazing wiews, you hear the sound of the waves all day long. Confortable beds Quality furniture and appliances.

The shower's sliding door needs to be fixed as well as well as door handles -i.e. main room doesn't close- for a truly "luxury" experience

Good place, best host

The view, very clean, host really helpful. One of the best host i have ever had.

Some minor setbacks that the host resolved them quickly. For January the place is a bit chilly, but the host made an effort and provided me an radiator to have some extra temperature degrees.

The best part was the view from property! Nothing could beat that..

It was raining when we drove down there, we had a bit of difficulty in finding the place. The host did help however he could, but the location shared wasn't accurate. Anyway we figured it out, but it just made finding the property more difficult because of the weather. Otherwise great apartment.

Lovely modern apartment with all comfort but limited ocean view.

Saranda is a good place to stay for a couple of days with lovely excursions to Corfu, Burint, Blue eye etc. Super host, very responsive, friendly and with a good sense of humor. Big apartment with all comfort, free parking, modern design and fully equipped.

This apartment is situated on the backside of the building. Gets it portion of street noise and has not very much light. The balcony has a view on the sea, but is set back between the side fronts of the two buildings with 28 other balconies. This means a lot of shade and the view of the sea is very limited. Those who dream of a sun terrace with an unspoiled panoramic view and lovely sunset views will be disappointed here.

Parking and location really good, some good local restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

Used this as a base for touring the area, ideal in this respect, especially for a day trip to Butrint, less than 30 minutes by car. Apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. Closer to the sea than we thought, views of the sea and sunsets especially nice, and the sound of the waves carries up very clearly to the apartment, an unexpected bonus!

WiFi log-on was different on the hand-out from that on the router, but soon resolved.

We can really recommend staying at this place! Our host, Saimir, is a great guy, very helpful and easy to get in touch with. The place's location was perfect from us - close to the beach and shops, but peace and quiet at the same time. The apartment's standard is really high!

Fabulous spot to enjoy Saranda

Samir was really responsive helping us to check-in and giving us instructions well in advance of our arrival of how to find the property via taxi. The property was exactly as you see in the photos; the view is even better. We booked 2 rooms (one was on the 2nd and one was on the 4th floor) and both were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was clean and tidy. The small beaches just near the property were the best in Saranda/Ksamil; not crowded, clear water and a short walk. Highly recommend.

Very nice and cosy apartment with a nice view. It is Close to bars , restaurants, beaches and shops. The apartment is very clean , it matches the description and the photos. The manager is very helpful, kind and makes your stay just perfect. thank you very much for everything , i recommend this property 100% and I will definitely come back
