Saranda in a quiet and slightly out-of-center location

Mid spacious room, comfortable bed, good water jets, excellent water temperature, good cleanliness, good blinds, silence at night, kind, professional staff fast reactive on a general internet issue. Parking space for my scooter.

Kitchen wasn't included in my room and would be nice at least to find a boiler for an early coffee. Bathroom sink too small, no shelf to hold bathroom items.

Great apartment!

Good money and value ratio. Good location and modern design of the flat. Self check in and checkout out was nice. Very friendly and helpful owner! We asked for kettle and cups and owner helped us with that and brought as fresh towels. Good soundproof from the street (there was constructions outside)

Perfect!

Its really clean. So close to Sarande Marine, you can go by walking. There is park place in front of it, so if you rent a car you can easly park there. Also they are so understanding. I really like it and suggesting it 100%.

A good value for money for a short trip

The room was very clean and it has everything that you need for a short stay. The staff is very friendly and helped us when needed

We couldn’t find parking outside the property but they had a deal with the parking just outside of it that you can pay 5€ per day. The apartment was in the 4th floor and it had no elevator. The bathroom was smelling cigarette probably for the people upstairs after we informed the owner they stopped smoking and the issue got solved

The balcony had sea view and the apartment was clean. The host is really helpful.

The apartment we had was on 6th floor hence the cost was less. So if you don’t have to go to apartment many time during the day then it is all fine. They also have apartment on 1st floor.

It was amazing we struggled slightly finding it but after that it was one of the best stays I’ve ever had no pressure at all and even now after we’ve left still helping me out with locations etc, comfiest beds ever and a beautiful room

Nice and comfortable stay

The apartment was really comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. The hosts stayed closely in contact, helped us in every aspect. When we arrived, the AC was not working, they fixed it in no time :). The location itself is a bit far away from the city center but close to the beaches of Sarande.

Just remember to bring enough cash, as the rent has to be payed in cash.

Exceptional

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Sarande! It comfortably accommodated two couples and the presence of AC was a lifesaver during the scorching hot days. The location is perfect, being close to both the center and markets, making everything easily accessible. The stunning nearby beaches were within walking distance, adding to the convenience. I appreciated how receptive the owner was to our feedback, even agreeing to install shower curtains based on our suggestion. I highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Sarande.

The apartment was very comfortable and the location was very good. 3 min walk from the nearest beach. Also free parkings possible around the area which is usually a problem in Saranda. Very good communication with the host and very helpful for any advices needed. They also were very kind to let us know that we forgot a pair of Airpods in the apartament.

La pared del salón es bonita .

La zona da miedo, alquilé una habitación con vistas a la montaña, pero a una montaña de basura ( foto) porque es un vertedero, no hay montaña a la vista. No había paño de cocina. Había hormigas. El baño se inmunda cuando te duchas. El edificio da miedo, todo roto. La habitación huele raro. Fue un poco decepcionante.

Во время бронирование этого номера не было четкой информации о том, что в номере нет балкона, так как на фотографиях он был. В итоге, вместо балкона было окно с видом на стройку (фото прикреплены ниже). Возможно после моего замечания, хозяин объекта исправил информацию на booking.com. Будьте ВНИМАТЕЛЬНЫ если вы бронируете номер "с видом на горы" и " с видом на город" вид будет на стройку с постоянным шумом даже в воскресенье. В номере не было ни чайника, ни чашек для чая или кофе, ни чайных ложек. На вопрос можно ли принести чайник в номер, мне пообещали, что его принесет уборка на следующий день до обеда. На следующий день чайника я так и не дождалась, напомнив об этой просьбе хозяину, мне попросили быть более терпеливой! Просить чашки и чайные ложки уже не было желания... Не хотелось портить себе отпуск этим. За 6 дней ни разу не производилась уборка номера, ни кто даже не вынес мусор, не было так же сменных пакетов для мусора. Расположение апартаментов не очень удобно, если у вас нет автомобиля, примерно 20-25 минут от центра пешком. Апартаменты находятся на 6 этаже, в доме нет лифта. В душевой нет элементарной полочки, что бы поставить шампуни или гель для душа.

Dogodna lokalizacja, piękny widok, miła gospodyni.

Gospodyni przemiła! Była z nami w stałym kontakcie, polecała miejsca warte uwagi oraz była gotowa zapewnić czajnik, którego na ten moment nie ma. Apartament w tym roku ma zostać wyremontowany więc doświadczenie będzie na pewno lepsze. Cudowny widok z balkonu!

Si bien la publicaciòn dice que el alojamiento es con escaleras; no esperábamos que fuera en el 4to. piso. La iluminaciòn de la entrada del edificio era poca.

Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà, dalle foto sembrava che la stanza che stavamo prenotando fosse fronte mare o comunque con vista, l'unica vista che c'era era quella dei cantieri in corso. Nella descrizione non c'è scritto da nessuna parte che la stanza è al 7 piano SENZA ASCENSORE e farsi le scale con 6 valige non è un grande inizio di vacanza e relax.

Hotel warty swojej ceny . Pokój czysty oraz bardzo schludny . Kontakt z właścicielem był 24/7 nie zależnie od godziny co jest bardzo dużym plusem.

Woda wylewała się z prysznica podczas kąpieli na pół łazienki . Lokalizacja była dość dobra jednak plaża przy której znajdował się hotel była mocno średnia więc trzeba było chodzić spacerem na promenadę (ok. 15-20 minut )
