The property is quite nice but attention needs to be given to the details.

The property was very nice with enough space for our group. Its in a good area with public transit available nearby (2-7 min walk depending on what you are looking for).

Owner didn't want to accept my credit card because he didn't want to pay the fees. Online businesses should expect to pay CC fees and not pass that on to a consumer. One bed smelled of urine. It had been washed but still carried the scent. The house cleaner needs to be trained that is not acceptable to a guest.

No curtains/shutters to block out light on main room windows or main living area where the sofa bed is. Passageway to bathroom has sensor light. You can't sneak a bathroom break in the middle of the night without light turning on.

This was a great option for those making a short visit to Milan with a large family.

Good location only about a 15 minute walk from the Central Station with nice restaurants and parks nearby. Clean and comfortable space. Massimo was a flexible and communicative host.

We had an initial issue with the air conditioning but the directions about restarting it were clear and it worked just fine then.

A well furnished group/family size apartment, close to the metro.

The place was near the metro station, nicely furnished, clean and spacious.

I don’t know if this is normal for ACs in Italy, but even though I had set the AC to 16 on cool, it wouldn't go below 25. I didn't tell the owner since we only stayed a night there, and the weather wasn't hot.

Amazing location

Amazing location—just a 15-minute walk from Milano Centrale train station and about 8 minutes from the nearest underground stop. It’s super easy to get to both the city centre and Rho. There’s also a lovely bakery right across from the apartment and a supermarket close by. The host, Massimo, was friendly and even gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Just a quick note: payment is done via a link, which I hadn’t come across before and was a bit unsure about at first—but everything went smoothly in the end.

It's a small thing, but I do think some new towels and bed sheets would be a nice update. The apartment was clean, and the linens were as well, but they were a bit worn and had a few bleach stains.

The overall experience is passable.

The location is good which is close to metro stations and other public transport. The main city centre is easily accessible from here. Communication with Massimo was great and provided fast response.

The location of the key box at the centre island of a busy road is a safety concern. We understand the idea of a secured location but not at the expense of tenant’s safety. The apartment has basic facilities which is fine but it will be appreciated if TV cable channels has english shows or at least, is accessible to streaming platforms (such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc) for non-Italian speaking tenants and to provide added comfort. The sofa bed is not that comfortable due to uneven gaps which may cause back pain.

we were visiting a family member so this was a perfect location for being close to them as well as the city center. close to public transport and a good selection of bars , shops and restaurants on your doorstep. the property was very spacious and the beds were comfortable

Very noisy as it is directly above a pub. The shower was great and powerful, but the boiler didn’t always stay on which meant the shower was either too hot or too cold. made it a bit of a nuisance for 4 people trying to have showers. No bin bags provided.

Asunnossa oli selkeät ohjeet vuokraajalle ja kaikki oli niin kuin kuvauksessa. Majoittaja oli ystävällinen ja joustava, saimme viedä matkalaukut sisään jo ennen varsinaista sisäänkirjautumista. Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Keskustaan oli lyhyt metromatka ja lähistöllä paljon hyviä ravintoloita.

Suihkuhuoneessa oli pieniä kosteusvaurioita. Lakanat tuoksuivat erikoiselta.

Apartamento muy cómodo y tranquilo

Massimo fue muy atento en todos sus mensajes y el servicio de check-in autónomo se nos hizo muy senzillo. Por dentro, el apartamento es bastante espacioso y moderno, está bien equipado, y las camas y el sofá son muy cómodos. Agradecimos especialmente la posibilidad de usar los tres aparatos de aire acondicionado.

La limpieza de algunas zonas podría haber sido mejor, especialmente de los armarios y los estantes. La localización del alojamiento no es céntrica, pero está bien comunicada mediante transporte público, por lo que tampoco es un gran problema.
