O espaço é excelente e dentro do que é necessário para dois hóspedes. A área da cozinha com pia, fogão, microondas e demais utensílios foram bem utilizados.

La ubicación es excelente. A menos de 10 minutos caminando al metro y a 20 min de la estación de tren. Se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo y muy seguro. La habitación es cómoda y tiene una pequeña cocina equipada con utensilios, sal, aceite. Hay galletas y café. Nos ayudó micho que hay lavadora y secadora de ropa. El propietario nos esperó a nuestra llegada. La comunicación con el es muy buena. Siempre atento. Todo estaba impecable de limpio.
Tomar en cuenta que no es un hotel ni tampoco un bed and breakfast. Por lo tanto, en 3 noches que estuvimos no hubo servicio de limpieza.
