It was clean, had washer machine, we had space to leave our luggage before check in, and nice coffee machine.
Overall, the stay was good, but there were a few things I didn’t like.
The air conditioning appeared to be preset at 25°C, and we couldn’t lower the temperature to make the apartment more comfortable. I’m not saying I would have kept it at a very low setting all the time, but it would have been nice to have the option to adjust it ourselves.
I also wasn’t happy with the detailed instructions about separating the garbage, taking it outside, and the other disposal requirements. I only saw those instructions when I was leaving, and I texted the owner to let him know. I assume these are requests from the cleaning company, but I was on vacation and paid a significant amount for the stay. I don’t think guests should be expected to handle those tasks. Even if I had read before, I would have not done, anyways! I never saw this in my life!
Finally, we had an issue with the hot water. It turned cold while I was in the shower one evening. Fortunately, everyone else had already finished showering. By the next morning, the hot water was working normally again.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is outstanding—just a short walk from Milano Centrale railway station, making it incredibly convenient for trains, the metro, and exploring the city. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops nearby.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel offered great value for money, and we felt safe and welcomed throughout our visit.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.
