Great location and spectacular views

The Green House was perfect for us as we only really needed somewhere to sleep, but got more than we expected. The location is fantastic, so close to the beach and the town, and the view from our balcony was spectacular. We were easily able to just pop down to the beach for a swim after our hikes, get back, get dressed and go out for a lovely dinner.

We don't really have anything bad to say. Maybe the shower tap was a little tricky to get used to, and would occasionally leave the shower dripping but that really is the only thing.

Very nice host, good location, only 10mins to the Town Center and only 5min to the beach

The apartement is in the ground floor and therefore a bit colder, which might be good in summer but now in May it was a bit cold and humid.

Beautiful view from the balcony to Monte Baldo!

The view was really beautiful to the mountains. The landlady was nice and welcoming and it was really easy to communicate with her. Rooms are modest, but you can relax there very well. The location is near to the beach and it is not a long walk to the centre either.

This is not a problem when you know it in advance, but there is no wi-fi.

Great stay in ideal location with very friendly owners and amazing view.

Excellent location within ideal walking distance to town and beach. Owners are superbly friendly, very welcoming and open to communication. The room was very clean, cleaned daily. Despite the lack of a kitchen, thanks to the cutlery, plates and cups available, it is possible to prepare small meals (e.g. breakfast) and eat them comfortably on the large balcony from which there is a great view of the mountains. The area is very quiet and peaceful. I recommend this place to everyone.

Nära till strand, affär och bra restauranger! Fin utsikt från den stora balkongen. Personalen var supertrevlig och hjälpsam, och in- och utcheckningen var supersmidig!

Tv lampje brandt vrij vel Snachts en de douche is klein en er is een afstapje waar je voor uit moet kijken van de douchebak.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in Ufernähe

Der Kontakt zu Srey war super, sie war sehr nett und total hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet (das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, war eine Spülmaschine - aber das wussten wir ja vorher ;-)). Die Waschmaschine im Bad haben wir mehrfach benutzt, Wäscheständer war auch vorhanden. Das Beste an der Wohnung aber war die Nähe zum Strand (2 Minuten zu Fuß) und zur Altstadt (10 Minuten am Ufer entlang)! Auch zur Seilbahn läuft man nur 10 Minuten.

Da das Apartment im Souterrain liegt, war es dort immer leicht feucht und es roch auch zu Beginn etwas muffig. An den Fenstern gibt es keine Mückennetze. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat sein Fenster direkt neben der Außenanlage der hauseigenen Klimaanlage: Die war jetzt im Sommer (wo sie auf Hochtouren lief) so laut, dass man in diesem Zimmer nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen konnten. Mein Schlafzimmer hatte sein Fenster Richtung Hotel nebenan: Da ich immer mit offenem Fenster schlafe, wurde ich gegen 8 Uhr von der Hotelküche gegenüber geweckt. Einmal hielt morgens auch ein Auto ein paar Minuten mit laufendem Motor ungefähr zwei Meter neben dem Schlafzimmerfenster. Das stört aber natürlich nur Langschläfer wie mich ... ;-)

Piccolo ma accogliente e pulito!

Accoglienza e disponibilità dell’host ottima! Posizione non male, raggiungibile tutto con 10 minuti a piedi. Camera come da descrizione, balcone comodo anche con stendino. Tutto pulito!

Unica nota negativa il phon per i capelli, improponibile per asciugare qualsiasi capigliatura ma soprattutto per asciugare capelli lunghi.

Très bon séjour

Le logement est idéalement situé. Nous pouvons rejoindre le centre de Malcesine à pied en quelques minutes. Hôte très réactive. Nous avons eu du mal à nous garer à la place convenue à cause d’une voiture mal garée à côté, Srey nous a répondu directement et nous a proposé une autre place.

La salle de bain est un peu petite mais bien fonctionnelle.

Gute Wohnung zum fairen Preis

Gute Lage, nicht ganz zentral, aber Malcesine ist fußläufig problemlos erreichbar. Fahrradabstellraum vorhanden.

Mein Zimmer war für mich alleine von der Größe okay. Zu zweit ist es meiner Meinung nach aufgrund des etwas ungeschickten Schnitts schon eher knapp bemessen. Man sollte berücksichtigen, dass keine Frühstücksoption möglich und auch keine Küche vorhanden ist. Für mich kein Problem, aber ist sicher nicht für jeden geeignet.

Schone kamers op een perfecte locatie.

De ligging is perfect: Dichtbij stand en stad. De kamer is erg schoon en ruim. Ook het balkon was erg prettig en groot. Door middel van rolluiken aan de buitenzijde kun je de warmte makkelijker buiten de kamer houden en slaapt het heerlijk donker. Onze fietsen konden wij veilig in de (gesloten)berging plaatsen, wat een grote plus was!

De airconditioning is wel aanwezig, maar werkte wat ons betreft niet helemaal naar wens. Deze werkt met een sleutel, die vast zit aan de kamersleutel, wat voor ons geen probleem is. Maar bij inschakeling koelde de airco niet hard genoeg om in kortere tijd de ruimte koel genoeg te krijgen.

Tutto perfetto!

Piacevolissima prima esperienza! Ottima struttura, pulitissima e in posizione molto comoda per visitare il delizioso centro storico di Malcesine (e da questo raggiungere, con i molteplici servizi di battello, gli altri paesini del Garda). La host Cristina, così come il resto del personale, sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti. Consigliatissimo!

Velmi milá a starostlivá paní Cristina, na rozdíl od předchozích komentářů byla v pokoji malá lednice i fungující WiFi . Paní Cristina poskytla i zamykatelný prostor pro kola. Pokoj odpovídal popisu. Lokalita vynikající, vše potřebné velmi blízko.

Nemám nic negativního.
