Not much at all. Being on the third floor, there were several stairs, but easily manageable.

The location is excellent, On the positive side, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Mr. Alberto was very welcoming and friendly, and we appreciated his hospitality

This was a family trip for the three of us, my child, and me. We traveled through two countries, Italy and Spain, visiting Milan, Lake Como, Florence, and then several cities in Spain. During the trip, we stayed in six different accommodations, so we had to move our large 29 kg suitcases every time we changed cities. After we had already booked this accommodation, we realized that it was located on the third floor and there was no elevator. Since the location looked excellent, we decided to keep our reservation. Unfortunately, carrying our heavy luggage up three flights of stairs was extremely exhausting. I also have knee problems, so going up and down the stairs was particularly difficult. For this reason, I would not recommend this property to guests with knee or mobility issues. As the building is quite old, there was a slight musty smell, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak, which was disappointing. Considering the price we paid, we felt it did not offer the same value as the other accommodations we stayed at during our trip.
