La ubicación es excelente. Desde la ventana ves el Duomo

Posizione ottima,La struttura si presenta come da foto e descrizione,unica pecca è la scarsa pulizia riscaldamento al piano superiore non funzionante e al piano inferiore rumoroso,ma alla fine accendendo il riscaldamento inferiore si stava molto caldi anche sopra,potrebbe migliorare ,ma alla fine per quello che abbiamo pagato siamo stati benissimo,attrezzato di tutto,asciugamani,lavasciuga,phon,ferro da stiro e addirittura il detersivo per la biancheria

Ogni tanto una passata di aspirapolvere non fa male,sotto il letto tanta polvere e una bustina di profilattico aperta

Awesome location, right next to the duomo. Interesting set up with kitchen above and bedroom reached via a winding staircase downstairs.

Some simple issues that could be fixed: the bed was not comfortable, the apartment complex needs a fresh coat of paint, the bathroom desperately needs hooks for towels, the plug for the washing machine deserves a permanent fix rather than electrical tape, the AC was super noisy and should be serviced/replaced … One more difficult issue is that with the set up (with the room downstairs and a big open duplex on top with the kitchen reached by a winding staircase) that the hot air rises and it is almost impossible to heat the bedroom downstairs …
