This is a cute, well-equipped apartment (with terrace) in a quiet street, you can find everything you need (as in the kitchen, as in the bathroom). It is near to the Lake and the Minimundus (10-15 minutes walk), you can go there easily.

It was hard to get the key from the box, but this is not a big deal

really nice and central apartment

The apartment was very central and easy to find. we reached minumundus and the Wörthersee in couple of mins by car. The place itself was very cozy and clean and has everything we needed for our stay. There was a free parking available around the building. Christian was very helpful and gave clear instructions about the self check-in before we arrived.

There was a train passing every while really close to the place, so if you’re a light sleeper it might be loud. But it didn’t bother all of us, only the light sleepers. The bed and pillows could be a bit better but overall were okay for a short stat.

Great location, very comfortable apartment and high availability of the host.

The apartment is very comfortable and has a great location since it's near the beach of the lake, the city center and also the dorm of the University and the University itself, so, being a student who came to visit old Erasmus friends, I appreciated it a lot. Christian, the host has always been available in case of need for any clarification about the house. Fore sure, if I'll have the chance I'll go there again!

Apartment look and equipment, location. Communication with the owner; it was seamless, but effective, based on trust. Liked it very much.

Unknown neighbor left a message on a car windshield that parking in front of the building is private, only for the tenants, although it was not "visibly* reserved for anybody ... Unpleasant feeling, but it tells more about the some people.

Kurzurlaub am Wörthersee

Die Wohnung war gut, mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war auch gut, zu Fuß 20 Minuten durch eine wunderschöne Parkanlage zum Wörthersee. In der Nähe ist auch "Minimundus". Unser Kurzurlaub war toll!

Finger weg von dieser Wohnung! (Stand Sommer 2025)

Der Check-In und Check-Out haben schnell und unkompliziert funktioniert. Der Gastgeber hat hilfreiche Fotos per WhatsApp geschickt, um die richtige Wohnung zu finden. Die Wohnung sieht großteils modern aus, insbesondere das Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist preislich sehr günstig, was wohl der größte Vorzug ist.

Leider hatten meine Freunde und ich insgesamt keinen angenehmen Aufenthalt. 1. Das kleine Badezimmer hat eine offene Dusche ohne Schwelle, und einen Holzparkettboden. Beim Duschen rinnt das Wasser nicht ordentlich ab, sondern flutet stattdessen den gesamten Badezimmerboden. Viel Spaß beim Aufwischen, liebe Gäste! Dass Holz das denkbar ungeeignetste Material für einen Badezimmerboden ist, ist auch klar. 2. Man wird als Gast dazu eingeladen, sich gerne bei den vorhandenen Lebensmitteln zu bedienen. Das will aber keiner, weil diese seit mehreren Jahren abgelaufen sind (siehe Fotos, z.B. Öl, Gewürze, Schokomüsli). In der Wohnung finden sich kleine Hinweisschilder, die nicht mehr der Realität entsprechen. Man darf sich laut Gastgeber am Spirituosenregal bedienen, wo kein einziger Tropfen mehr drinnen ist. Ein anderes Hinweisschild verweist auf Prosecco und Marmeladenglas im Kühlschrank, welche beide ebenfalls nicht vorhanden waren. Apropos Kühlschrank: Dieser gehört einmal innen geputzt! Ganz unten, unterhalb der Plastikschubladen, hat sich eine ekelige Flüssigkeit angesammelt. 3. Ein skurriles Hinweisschild besagt, dass das WLAN nur zwischen 07:00 und 22:00 Uhr zur Verfügung steht. Weder meine Freunde noch ich haben jemals etwas von zeitlich eingeschränktem WLAN gehört. Einfach nur schräg. 4. Wir waren während einer Hitzewelle dort. Anders als ein anderer Rezensent schreibt, gibt es keinen einzigen Ventilator in der Wohnung. Wenn es einen gibt, dann vielleicht in einem der versperrten Schränke. Wir haben nachts gelüftet, um die Wohnung ein bisschen abzukühlen. Da die Fenster keine Fliegengitter haben, muss man mit ein paar Insekten rechnen. Ganz besonders arg war die Hitze im Dachgeschoß-Schlafzimmer über der engen Wendeltreppe. Da oben hatte es bis zu 31 Grad Raumtemperatur (siehe Foto). Das ist gesundheitsschädigend! 5. Bitte um eine genauere Anleitung zur Bedienung der Fernbedienung im Dachgeschoß!

Urlaub am Wörthersee

Sehr positiv überrascht über die größe der Miet- Wohnung und die Lage war perfekt für uns. Sehr Zentral um alles schnell anzufahren und nicht weit entfernt von den Hauptveranstaltungen des GTI Treffen's. Der Vermieter Christian ist auch sehr Sympathisch und sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft mit besten gewissen weiter empfehlen.🙌

Kedvenc szállásunk Klagenfurtban!

A Wörthi-tó és az egyetem közelében található teljesen felszerelt, 4. emeleti lakás. Automata kávéfőző, mosó- és szárítógép is rendelkezésre áll. Gyalogosan is elérhető Spar, Hofer, éttermek.

Az ágyak kicsit kényelmetlenek, és nincs lift.

Smeštaj je u stambenom delu grada na 20tak minuta od grada. Blizu je voz, pa su deca uživala gledajući ga sa terase.
