Beautiful little chalet. I was very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was, it has everything you need. Quiet surroundings for this particular chalet. Lovely little welcome basket, very special touch 😊. We liked the way it was decorated in a beach hut style.
The chalet can get a little cold. The shower was a little temperamental. Other than that perfect.

A lovely, clean, well equipped chalet. Despite being in a very busy site it was v quiet and you feel secluded due to all the trees and plants.
Nice touches like biscuits and teas and coffee left out, plus a nice bunch of flowers.
Warm, good heaters, plenty of hot water.
Beds pretty comfy
Tv with lots of channels and Netflix bonus
Parking pretty close and my elderly mum who walks with a stick managed it no problem. No steps in the property
Woodland walk on site with wildlife signs and a stream (great for kids), plus adventure playground In the woods

lovely little chalet with everything we needed for 3 people for the week.
Clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Quiet location with easy access to buses towards st ives and penzance.

The property was spotless.
Beds and bedding were clean and good quality.
Kitchen equipment all in good condition and really clean.
Towels provided were nice quality, I imagine fairly new.
Overwhelming stench of damp within the property! Had to use heaters constantly as it felt cold and damp even though temperature outside was mid 20's. Couldn't have stood it any longer than 4 nights!!! No storage in 2nd bedroom and furniture in main bedroom was bulky, couldn't open wardrobe doors without moving the bed. No room to walk around the bed.
Untidy and very overgrown patio area which was covered in last years fallen leaves. No sun on patio due to dense, overgrown trees, which made outside space feel cold even on the hottest days!Hardly any pathway lights working so pitch black and a tripping hazard in the evening.
