A convenient location for touring the top of England and a nice wooded environment on-site.
The description and name gave the impression of a spacious country cottage. A small terraced unit which was a squeeze for four adults was a shock. We had to endure late night noise from adjoining neighbours. Paying six pounds for a load of laundrette washing as the unit did not have its own machine, was also an annoyance.

Within a holiday village holiday vibe
Door lock stiff, can’t open on the first night but owner was very responsive n tried his best to resolve it.
Renovation next door from early morning about 7ish during our holiday stay was not ideal😅drilling n hammering….

The Environment is Amazing. Peaceful, clean and has everything inside. Very comfortable.
I really like the guide book with every single details written.
There’s a bus stop (public transport) to go to your desire places. Attaching the bus schedule.
No BBQ option, and had difficulty find where to dump the bin while checking out.

I had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was beautifully maintained and had a charming, aesthetic feel that made the whole experience very relaxing. The outdoor bench was a lovely touch, and the beds and sofa were extremely comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a convenient stay. Overall, it was a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.
While I really enjoyed the stay, one small improvement could make it even better. I understand it’s a vacation cottage, but having a washing machine and a small dishwasher would add extra convenience, especially for longer stays.
