Overall, our lodge is clean and tidy, the master bed room is quite spacious and with on-suite. We have a very nice stay in the village. Also, we can park our car just in front of our lodge, is quite convenient for us.
The stains on the sofas make them look a bit unclean and uninviting

location was perfect, our chalet was clean and the bed was ok. A little on the cold side but we turned on the other heater and all was fine.
There was a couple of stains on the carpet, mould around the bottom of the shower tray, the flow of the hot water was slow out the kitchen tap.

Accommodation and local places very nice for our holiday. But so disappointed that the st. Ives village has stopped the bus ,we enjoined visiting st lve, every year. So upset no bus. .
We didn't like ending the bus after high summer, early September, no bus Very disappointed to cancel bus into st ives or penzance, impossible to walk to high Road, as part no pavement very dangerous. To use your car or very expensive taxi so disappointIng We are considering not choosing st ives village for that reason. Sad end after many enjoyable years .

The setting within a forest was nice
I upgraded to a Gold Bungalow but actually think size wise the caravans looked better, my Bungalow was supposed to be Gold Standard, the literature advised beds are made up for you in Gold and Platinum properties but they were not.

"The property was way more than we expected. It was exceptionally clean and spacious and had everything needed to make a great holiday…could have easily stayed for another week."
