We were impressed with the layout and the furnishings. It was a lovely peaceful location. The garden was a bonus for our dog.
We were left without heating and hot water from early Tuesday evening until late Wednesday afternoon. This spoilt our family holiday. We had to constantly ring the management company to try and get the problem fixed. Their lack of urgency and efficiency in getting the job done was awful. We had to continuously ring to push things along. We were told it was half term and we were also told that they couldn’t guarantee that the problem would be fixed on the Wednesday. Dreadful.

Beautiful cottage, in a lovely area. Very clean and all the extras you can think of for a home from home stay. Would recommend.

Looked nice and cosy and a good location
Mouldy fridge
Strong smell of kerosene
No heat for 1st night - supposed to be heated prior to guests arriving
No fire wood
Poor directions
Slow communication
Complained to Sykes holidays via their process who told me I didn’t complain whilst on site (which I did)
