The flat is centrally located, only a 10 min walk from Plaza Mayor, although not in a particularly nice area of town. The property was very well air conditioned, which was essential during the hot summer months. It was reasonably good value for money. Supermarkets for basic supplies are in close proximity.

The flat in which we stayed was below the roof (no lift). The bed in the main bedroom felt cramped and claustrophobic due to the low ceiling. The standard of cleanliness left room for improvement. Registering and accessing the property is done through a web-site (or app), which is not easy to use (the app is not available on the Apple store in some countries). The staff/managing agency could have been more helpful. There were no essentials in the property on arrival, no soap, or basic kitchen supplies (e.g. salt, oil, kitchen towels etc).

Cosy little place, close to everything, still quiet at night

This apartment is in a quiet area that becomes lively in the evening. It is well equipped and comfortable and has the bonus of an outdoor space. It is well placed with many beautiful landmarks within walking distance.

Gaining access to the apartment was tricky. The MitHouse App unlocked the main door but we couldn't access the apartment itself as the key to the door barring entry to the apartment door was kept in a coded lock box to which we didn't have the code. Apparently this is an ongoing issue.

Opening the doors require phone with internet, and even then it sometimes took several tries and more than 5 min to open the building door. Nobody to help on site and customer service by phone was not good at all.
