Excellent emplacement Quartier calme Propreté Réactivité de l'hôte en cas de problème Appartement bien décoré Rangements Système de sécurité
La petite salle de bain commune sans ouverture sur l'extérieur dans dans la suite parentale La deuxième chambre juste séparée de la salle à manger par un rideau Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine ( juste 4 petites cuillères par exemple) Pas de petites attentions ( pas d'eau fraîche dans le réfrigérateur, 2 capsules de café) Espace restreint dans la cuisine Emplacement peu pratique du lave- linge Insonorisation peu performante ( bruit des pas des voisins du dessus au- dessus de la chambre) Nombreux escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement

Very well located in the center of madrid - walking distance 5-10 minutes to main areas such puerta del sol, plaza mayor or grand via, as well as many restaurants and supermarkets within 1-2 minutes. Apartment is very modern and well renovated. Host is also fast and responsive in case of any doubts or eventualities
