L’appartamento è carino, di buone dimensioni e dotato dei comfort necessari. Buona posizione a pochi minuti dal centro.
L’ingresso e le scale interne dell’edificio non sono per nulla accoglienti e alcuni inquilini del palazzo sono parecchio rumorosi anche a orari improponibili durante la notte.

L'appartamento è praticamente nuovo e la posizione è comoda al centro. La cucina è fornita di utensili detersivi e saponi. La presenza di una lavasciuga è un' ottima aggiunta.
Essendo in una palazzina vecchia l'appartamento non è insonorizzato, è rumorosissimo e nonostante le regole di non fare rumore dopo le 22 i vicini vivevano praticamente di notte, incontrandosi, correndo x le scale e suonando strumenti, sembrava di averli in appartamento insieme.

El edificio da miedo , un piso reformado en una finca muy vieja y con olores desagradables. En el piso bien, no hay malos olores . Está cerca del centro pero el barrio no es el mejor.
