Die Lage war sehr zentral und fussläufig zu verschiedensten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Nette Kaffees in direkter Nähe. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Fragen wurden sofort über WhatsApp beantwortet.
Die Umgebung war sehr laut in der Nacht.

Lo mejor del alojamiento fue la ubicación, muy cerca de la parada de metro de Tirso de Molina, lo que facilitaba moverse por Madrid. También es positivo que cada estancia contara con aire acondicionado, algo que se agradece en verano. Además de todos los utensilios necesarios.
El apartamento era muy pequeño y mal insonorizado. Estaba en un bajo de un edificio con ventanas respiradoras (una en cada habitación) que daban a un parque, y por las tardes los niños llegaban incluso a tocar los cristales. Además, se escuchaba absolutamente todo, tanto del exterior como del apartamento contiguo, como si estuvieran dentro de la misma habitación. Las habitaciones y baños eran extremadamente estrechos, apenas se podía estar cómodo. Aunque el salón-cocina era más decente, en general no se corresponde con lo que esperas por el precio. No lo recomendaría en relación calidad-precio.
