Hermoso Estudio en Lavapiés - Wifi

Posizione ottima

Piccolissima e poco arieggiata

The location was central, although the neighbourhood did not feel particularly safe. The apartment was on the third floor with no elevator, and the neighbours next door were quite loud. The room itself was okay, but some things felt rather fragile and could easily come loose when touched.

We also had to pay a €100 deposit, which felt unusual and particularly concerning given that we noticed several defects and things that were not working properly in the apartment. This made us somewhat suspicious about the deposit. (we got it back fully after few days we left) There was air conditioning, which was appreciated given the heat, but unfortunately it was very loud and difficult to keep on throughout the night. We understand that accommodation in major cities such as Madrid and Barcelona can be expensive. However, considering the price we paid, we did not feel that the apartment offered particularly good value for money.
