En general todo, la ubicación genial, muy bien equipado, en Lavapiés, con muchos restaurantes y servicios a tiro de piedra. En resumen, muy cómodo!

Buen tamaño del departamento para 2 personas, luminoso, el anfitrion respondió correctamente y a tiempo cada vez que se lo consultó.
Estado general del departamento, amoblamiento básico, falta de cortinas en las ventanas incluso la del baño lo cual es inexplicable la falta de intimidad. No funcionaba el anafe electrico. El barrio es feo, intimidante de noche, sucio. Mala relación precio-calidad. Por la misma suma un mes antes alquile a una cuadra de la gran vía un departamento muy superior.
