Pokój w dobrej lokalizacji niedaleko centrum. Jakość pokoju bardzo dobra i komunikacja z pracownikami bardzo dobra. Niedaleko znajdują się sklepy i restauracje. Sama dzielnica też w miarę spokojna. Bardzo dobra klimatyzacja i wyposażenie pokoju.

Jedyny minus to, że obiekt wysyła bardzo dużo wiadomości automatycznych dotyczących rezerwacji, zameldowania, depozytu, przyjazdu, ofert zakupu dodatkowych usług typu wycieczki - które przychodzą na meila, w wiadomościach na Bookingu i na czacie na Whatsappie. Przed przyjazdem i w jego trakcie od nich około 60 różnych wiadomości automatycznych (pomijam komunikację z pracownikiem). Byłem w obiekcie 4 dni.

The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean, well-organized and easy to find and access. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants and beautiful places to visit in Madrid, which made exploring the city very convenient. The host was friendly, responsive and always available whenever we had questions. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madrid.

The apartment is a bit pricey, but its excellent location, cleanliness and overall quality made it worth the cost.

Absence de patère ou de barre pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain

Las instalaciones muy lindas y modernas.

Nos encontramos con las sábanas sucias de la reserva anterior y la cama sin hacer. Muy desagradable. La entrada a la propiedad no genera seguridad, tiene una puerta de vidrio que deja ver lunes y movimiento del exterior. De anoche no me daba seguridad. No volvería a arrendarlo
