Perfect location in the old town. Close to everything including grocery stores ( all in walking distance). Excellent communications with the host. The apartment has everything we needed and is in good condition and safe Beds are very comfortable.
Some chairs are dated and have stain marks The washing machine's start button works intermittently.

Apartamento muy confortable, cama cómoda, baño limpio , además tiene lavarropas, cocina muy completa con lo necesario para cocinar y los utensilios de cocina, microondas heladera. Living con sofá cama . TV

A localização é boa, com proximidade a mercados e metro. Dá para caminhar tranquilamente e chegar às principais atrações do centro histórico. A estação Atocha também é bem próxima, sendo que lá aluguei um carro para quatro dias e fomos visitar quatro cidades proximas a Madrid.
Não tivemos qualquer problema, mas, descendo e próximo do apartamento há um Carrefour grande, e a praça Lavapies, onde se encontram um grande número de imigrantes hindus e africanos. Algumas pessoas podem estranhar esse público.
