L'emplacement est extraordinaire, tout près des musées et du parc du Retiro ainsi que de la gare d'Atocha. L'appartement est tout en bas de l'immeuble et donc bien frais. Le quartier est très agréable, avec un marché à proximité et des petits bars agréables
