Tinha uma telha de fibra em cima da porta que dá acesso ao espaço externo. As gotas que caiam da calha no 4º andar batiam com força nessa telha e o barulho é muito alto e irritante durante a noite. Sugiro substituir a telha ou colocar alguma espuma para que os pingos não façoam tanto barulho. O local é simples mas muito aconchegante, bem limpo e organizado. Localização excelente. Voltaria com certeza.
