manca una pronta assistenza. il servizio di accoglienza chiavi, pulizia, gestione è delegato a un sistema analogo al delivery: persone delegate accolgono i viaggiatori nelle diverse strutture gestite. risultato: in appartamento mancava banalmente la carta igienica, l'abbiamo chiesta, mai arrivata. così anche il livello di pulizia era minimale.
