Best area for tapas and wine bars, flamenco, museums, and restaurants.

*Very clean and bright, spacious, quiet, absolutely the best location in the very HEART OF THE CITY, within walking distance of everything, great lively, central, fun neighborhood, air conditioning, heating, superfast Wi-Fi, brand-new modern appliances. High ceilings!

*My 42m² 2-bedroom apartment in Madrid is in a classic Madrid building from 1880!! I’ve renovated the apartment while preserving the amazing original floors!
*Location, location, location... That’s what you’re looking for when you visit a city, right? ☺ My place is right in the heart of Madrid, close to absolutely everything. You won’t need to take public transportation—you can walk to every attraction. It’s very close to all the major tourist attractions and metro stations. It’s located in the central district, in Las Letras (also known as Huertas), right above the super-famous wine bar La Venencia (Hemingway’s favorite spot in the city) and across from the first hotel to open in Madrid.
*To give you an idea... It’s only a 3-minute walk from Puerta del Sol, which is considered the absolute center of Madrid and the country (Spain’s Km 0 is right there!!!)
So many restaurants, tapas bars, flamenco shows, theaters... just minutes (even seconds) away.
And yes! The street is on Time Out’s 2022 list of the 33 coolest streets in the WORLD. The only one in Madrid!! And the street is only 3 blocks long ;) To determine the final ranking, they took into account food, drinks, fun, art, culture, nightlife, and community vibes.

*It’s bright and spacious, but also very quiet (despite being on a very busy and lively street and in a lively neighborhood). It has 4 windows that face 2 interior patios, so yes, it’s super bright and super quiet.
*The KITCHEN is equipped with a stove, mini oven, refrigerator (bottom freezer), sink, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, etc.
You’ll find coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, salt, and organic olive oil, etc.
*The spacious LIVING ROOM includes a 50-inch flat-screen Smart TV and a very comfortable sofa. Air conditioning for the main bedroom and living room.
*BEDROOM 1: full-size bed. The mattress is brand new and made of memory foam. Two different types of pillows. Storage. Bluetooth sound system. The A/C in the living room faces the main bedroom, so it feels great. You can also watch TV from the bed :)
*BEDROOM 2: twin bed. The mattress is brand new and made of memory foam. Storage. Ceiling fan.
*Powerful air conditioning and heating for the main bedroom and living room. It also cools the rest of the apartment, though not as effectively. Fans in the small room and kitchen. Extra heaters in the winter.
*Washing machine, iron, ironing board, steamer, hair dryer.
*Second floor. No elevator.
*This property is rented for non-tourist purposes
