Appartement bien aménégé et climatisé (par 40° à l'xterieur c'est appréciable) et proche de tous les lieux touristiques ( moins de 30mn à pied)
Literie du canapé et pas d'occultant dans le séjour.

El piso, aunque esta situado en una zona rara, estaba muy cerca de la gran via y del metro chueca. En el piso hay de todo lo que hace falta para cocinar e incluso lavar y secar la ropa. Muy tranquilo por la noche. Tatiana es una persona muy agradable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar en lo que pueda hacer falta. Estupendo el taxi gratis desde el aeropuerto.
El sofa donde estaba durmiendo mi hijo (20) era muy incomodo ya que el colchon era muy blando. El armario en el dormitorio no lo pudimos utilizar ya que estaba lleno de trastos. El techo encima de la ducha necesita una reforma ya que se ve muy feo. En el tercer piso sin ascensor nos ha resultado dificultoso con tres maletas. Quizas para gente joven no hay problemas.

Ottima posizione , dotata di ogni confort . A due passi da qualsiasi cosa.
L'unica pecca 3 piani senza ascensore. Ma fattibilissimo .
