The apartment is very spacious for a family of 3 and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Not only it had all the kitchen utensils and essential for cooking but even a washing machine and detergents.
It was super clean and the host was helpful every time we communicated.
The apartments is located on the backside of a building and as such it has no view and natural light; For us this was not an issue though as we prefer to sleep in the dark. It is also located in a very old building without elevator (first floor) however the apartment is fully renovated.
The area is also a bit dodgy at night even though we did not experience anything bad but at the same time within a short walk from Reina Sofia Museum and super close to 2 metro stations (only 1 stop from the city center).

El apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo, con una cocina bien equipada que facilitó la estancia. Además, cuenta con sistema de alarma, lo que nos dio una sensación extra de tranquilidad. El anfitrión fue excepcional: siempre respondió con rapidez y demostró una gran disposición. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con las toallas (necesitábamos más) y las hizo llegar al día siguiente sin problema. Estuvo disponible en todo momento para cualquier duda o pregunta que surgió durante nuestra estancia.
El principal inconveniente fue el ruido de los vecinos. El aislamiento acústico es limitado, por lo que se escucha todo lo que ocurre en el edificio, incluyendo ruidos pasada la medianoche. Entendemos que esto escapa completamente al control del anfitrión, pero dificultó el descanso, especialmente el primer día. Para quien duerme en el sofá cama, la situación es más notable al estar más expuesto al ruido del pasillo y la escalera. Por otro lado, si bien no tuvimos ningún incidente, la zona en horas de la tarde-noche no transmite del todo la misma sensación de seguridad que durante el día.
