Lovely quaint place, staff were brilliant

The smell as you walked in the main door. Horrendous The location was t the best but the metro was just round the corner. Personally I would have liked to be more central to attractions. The stairs were quite steep for two little ones but they enjoyed the upstairs bedroom

The location was great because it’s super walkable and close to the metro. Two separate sleeping areas and a washer was available. No dryer but it was sunny and the terraza was very nice to dry clothes. Had a full kitchen and a good size refrigerator. The apartment has a lift so that is a big plus. There’s a Lidl and many fruit stores and a panadería very close. There’s are lots of foods choices close by. It only cost 28 euros to the airport by taxi.

The couch was small and not very comfy but the terraza made up for it and it was great weather to sit out there. We ate on the terraza as well because it was more comfortable. To be honest for the price and location and having all the space I have no complaints that are huge.

The communication with the host was difficult because she doesn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish. Check in is at 15:00. There will be an extra fee for early check in. We came at 14.55, nobody was there to meet us. Two young ladies, I suppose cleaning staff, came a few minutes late, only to be told that the apartment was not yet ready because the beddings, as I understood from their broken English, were delivered late. So we stood there while they were putting on the fresh sheets. Not a big deal. The sink and shower drain were not functioning well. It took so long till water flows down which left the sink and shower floor dirty because all the suds were left sticking on the sink or floor until the water flows down. I actually have read the review about this problem but I thought the host might had already fixed this issue before new guests come. Unfortunately it wasn’t.
