Sicuramente aveva molte stanze quindi comoda per un gruppo ben assortito ed il fatto che c’erano vari angoli cottura

Messages were answered promptly and the key was delivered at the agreed time. The upstairs bedrooms were clean tidy and spacious. The kitchen and living room area was good for a group to have breakfast or a drink. We didn't do any cooking apart from using the toaster, fridge and kettle. Each bedroom having ensuite shower and toilet was also useful for a group. The apartment is in a very old part of Madrid and was in walking distance of 3 different Metro stations and other sightseeing areas were also walkable if you are reasobably mobile.
There was more need for any additional service and we were able to find and use everything in the property. The downstairs bedroom is a bit damp and musty and could do with some decorating.

O 3° quarto está com o ralo entupido, quebrado o suporte da ducha. Melhor identificação da acomodação. Ter produto anti mofo no porão.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación.
El alojamiento en general. La habitación de abajo no se pudo usar por el fuerte olor a humedad y el mal estado de las paredes. En algunas habitaciones había incluso telas de araña en el techo. La calidad-precio no merece la pena. En la habitación que da a la calle no se descansa, hay locales alrededor y se escucha todo lo de la calle. No repetiría en este alojamiento.
