The property was well located close to all the landmarks, restaurants, bars and shops. It was clean and furnished with all the amenities. Overall very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again when in Madrid.

We would have liked an early check in since we arrived in Madrid on an early morning train and wasted money on luggage lockers. The entrance system is scary when you’re low on phone battery/ data. We would have appreciated a simple lock and key/code system. (I understand if it’s a safety issue). The bathroom needs some work, the rubber seal on the shower door was broken with water leaking after every shower.

Oooo everything. It's a smart beautiful large loft apartment perfect for one or 2 persons. It's really special and I'll try and get a week again next year. Coffee machine/ washer/ utensils/ TV/ Lounge/ Balcony/ beautiful bed/ stylish simple Decor/ can't ask for more

If you’re tall the ceilings in bedroom area aren’t very high but suited us as we’re small! The light a little dark too however adequate lighting.

The owner was initially reluctant to address the issue with the shower door seal, which was causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor and creating a safety hazard when exiting the shower. However, after the issue was raised, they agreed to repair it and had it fixed the following day.

Too noisy. People were coming and going late into the night, and the apartment is located near bar areas, so there was frequent noise from intoxicated people shouting outside. The apartment was not particularly clean, lacked character and style, and felt too cramped for three people. The staircase felt unstable and potentially unsafe, with a handrail on only one side. This property is not suitable for taller guests, as some doorways—including the unit entrance door, bathroom door—and the area beneath the staircase had a clearance of only about 1.8 meters. The TV was extremely outdated and very slow to load, which made it frustrating to use. There is no dryer in the unit, so clothes must be air-dried on the balcony. As a result, laundry is visible from the alleyway below.
