2-bedroom apartment in Madrid's center - Temporary Accomodation:
Madrid Center is a fantastic flat located right in the heart of Madrid, perfect for spending some time in the Capital of Spain. This charming, recently renovated flat features two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a dedicated workspace, ideal for working or studying.
The living room features a splendid dining table, a sofa bed, and a Smart TV with access to international satellite channels, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
The kitchen area is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, and a Nespresso coffee machine. It also comes fully stocked with crockery, glasses, and cutlery, so you can feel right at home.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment also includes a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities.
Among the amenities of your new home are free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating, a safe, bed linen and towels, toiletries, coffee, tea, and cleaning products, including supplies for the dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment’s decoration has been thoughtfully designed and it has been completely renovated, featuring exposed brick walls and wooden beams. Noble materials were also used, such as antique wooden doors sourced from a historic palace in Toledo.
For the little ones, the apartment provides a travel cot and a high chair for babies.
THE AREA
The apartment is located right next to the traditional Plaza Tirso de Molina and just a 5-minute walk from Puerta del Sol and La Latina. From the apartment, you can reach any point in the city on foot, but if you prefer to take the metro, the nearest station is Plaza Tirso de Molina (Line 1), only a minute away.

From the Airport:You can reach the apartment by taxi, with a fixed rate of €33, or by metro: Take Line 8 from the airport and transfer at Nuevos Ministerios to Line 10 until Tribunal station, then transfer again to Line 1, which will take you to Tirso de Molina station. You'll need to walk a few minutes to reach the apartment.
From Atocha Station:Take metro Line 1 to Tirso de Molina.
From Chamartín Station:Take Line 10 to Tribunal, then transfer to Line 1 to Tirso de Molina.
You can also arrive by car and park in one of the nearby parking facilities. Please check the Madrid City Council website for information on possible environmental restrictions and permitted parking areas.

It is a perfect apartment especially for 3. Extremely clean, great bedrooms and modern bathroom. They also have a good kitchen, washer dryer etc. check in could not be easier as I was met as I arrived at the apartment, and it is extremely close to the Metro, restaurants, Lidl and all the activities downtown. I highly recommend this apartment and the Charming Concept team.

We stayed at this property Sept. 2 - Sept. 4, 2024 and it was fantastic. Very clean, comfortable and the appliances are all top notch. Very responsive and wonderful personnel to connect with for any questions about the property or getting around Madrid. You can’t beat the location for many areas within Madrid. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
