Lovely and clean . Bed was comfy, great to have the little balcony . Superb location . Lovely shower and bathroom

Noel the host is always very helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The location of the property is perfect, just a short 2 minute walk to the river and harbour. I stay here everytime I visit Dartmouth and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Good Location
Room 5 was very small couldn’t open the blinds fully as would have had little privacy . There was some noise that could be heard from the pub as few Doors up .
