Very cosy, clean, good location. Lovely owner. I felt very safe.
It was fine really for my purposes. Small room . The room I had was on a tilt (probably like most properties of that age) but I only noticed when walking not while in bed. It did become a laughing point in conversation with friends. Not a great problem really unless you have vertigo 🤣

Pam was a delightful hostess. Friendly and accommodating of unexpected travel delay. Great location. Comfortable bed, with crisp sheets. Cosy room, plentiful tea and coffee.
The bigger room is under the eaves, so need to take care with headroom. The room would have been even better with a small fridge for fresh milk.

No breakfast as the terms were Room Only.
Ideally placed for centre of Dartmouth.
Comfy bed and clean accommodation.
Owner was welcoming.
We’d only offloaded our luggage and gone out for dinner to find on our return the owner had been in the room moving things about! She may have thought she was being helpful but there has to be a respect for privacy! We also caught her outside loudly commenting in the street to a friend about the amount of luggage and coats we brought!
We were unaware there was no parking so needed to find parking elsewhere in town. No mention on website.
We needed to ask if there were tea & coffee facilities as there was no mention on website.
Room quite small as it only allowed for one bedside table.
