Lovely location just a short walk from town and ferry. Room was large and very cosy. Pam leaves a tray for hot drinks and snacks. Real coffee! Pam checks in often but also allows for privacy.

No breakfast as the terms were Room Only. Ideally placed for centre of Dartmouth. Comfy bed and clean accommodation. Owner was welcoming.
We’d only offloaded our luggage and gone out for dinner to find on our return the owner had been in the room moving things about! She may have thought she was being helpful but there has to be a respect for privacy! We also caught her outside loudly commenting in the street to a friend about the amount of luggage and coats we brought! We were unaware there was no parking so needed to find parking elsewhere in town. No mention on website. We needed to ask if there were tea & coffee facilities as there was no mention on website. Room quite small as it only allowed for one bedside table.
