Ideal location for the Dart music festival.
Good value for money.
Friendly and welcoming hosts. New owners.
Accommodation much improved since I last stayed in 2024.
Well stocked tea and coffee tray.
Freshly decorated with new shower cubicle
New wall fixed smart TV. Hairdryer and ironing board
Has only single glazed windows and street noise from the street at night can be an issue
No bedside lamp and one central light with a switch by the access door.

It's a great location, close to the shops and restaurants. The bed is comfy, and the team have put effort into some of the small touches.
It is what it looks like, three bedrooms above a cafe/resto. You have to let yourself into the cafe outside of their working hours, and then lock up once you are in - a responsibility I didn't feel comfortable with. Rooms need a lick of paint, new carpet and sound proofing to the extent that you don't hear every fart and conversation next door.
