I The room was clean and serviced daily, the staff were very friendly, and the food was very good.

The Wi-Fi internet was a bit weak

Great location, only a 10–15-minute drive from the Seven Rila Lakes. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms, good restaurants, and lovely service. We really enjoyed our stay!

The spa centre closes at 20:00, so it would be nice if it stayed open a little later.

The facilities are clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and polite, which made out stay unforgettable.

There was nothing to dislike.

I did Like the professionalism of the staff, and how clean the room was and the interior of the room and of the restaurant. Dinner was tasty and with a good portion amount.

things i didn't like was the spa area, this is a spa hotel in a spa area. and the spa zone was to small and ineffective. that's what ruined everything. we could of gone anywhere else even a gym's spa which would be better. sauna wasn't hot enough because the heating element was too weak to support and keep the heat in, two of the walls were glass walls, its aesthetic but the heat escapes and therefore needs a more powerful heating source. and the steam room wasn't hot enough too. and again too small. for up to 2 people. same with the pool, too small and not hot enough. this parameters should be looked and improved, at least the temperature could be corrected to all the mentioned facilities. and this parameters should be well listed in the booking before people reserve the hotel, because i felt scammed by the photos and in the end the prize payed was too high for the quality... and there are similar prised hotel, even cheaper near by with way better spa areas!!
