The staff is amazing! Very nice and helpful. Helped us with taxis and transportation to seven lakes and Sofia.
Could be nice to have more vegetarian options in dinner.

The SPA is great.
- The swimming pool is a bit small for the capacity of the hotel - the wine bottle is 30 eur… too much.

Buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. And spa facilities were super nice.
Smoking on porches next to room stench wafting into room. Dogs barking in the morning. Twin beds put together rather than king bed.

The staff was very friendly. The food was good.
The hotel is on the main street with constant traffic and no isolation on the windows. The mattress was uncomfortable. The elevator was broken the 2 days we were there and we had a room on 4th floor. The steam sauna smelled like mold. the salt room was underwhelming and the only working sauna had a broken seat. Not at all a good value for the money.
