Hotel Complex SamElyon

The hotel is amazing, the location and SPA is great, many pools, large pool for swimming, outside jacuzzi, many saunas and a good steam bath/hammam with a proper temperature. The room is also large with comfortable bed. Clean!

The variety of the breakfast was not what I was expecting for such a hotel. They must add more products. Prices in the restaurant a bit high. Main parking in front of the hotel too small and full all the time.

The location, the views, the mostly friendly staff. The spa facilities as well!

The level of cleanliness in the room. When we checked in one of the trash cans was not clean - it had a bottle and used cotton tampons in it. Also, the bathroom could have used a bit more attention to detail - i.e. the brushes cup was extremely dirty and we only had one vanity kit which was used… For a four star hotel this should not be the case! In terms of food - breakfast was okay, however, I was not impressed by the food in Zografi restaurant. For the first time in my life I had a Caesar salad with old cold chunks of fried chicken (yes fried with flour, cornflakes, etc) that could not be cut with a knife… The rest of the food we ordered was okay, but nothing special unfortunately. I usually do not write reviews as I believe there is no one size fits all when it comes to anything in life, however due to the high rating of the hotel, I had very high expectations which unfortunately were not all met.

Много хубав нов хотел, който очевидно ще се развива още. Комфортни стаи. Отличен спа-център. Отзивчив персонал. Къщичките от комплекса са изключителни.

Атмосферата и храната в основния ресторант са под нивото на комплекса. Сянката на външния басейн може да бъде организирана и по-добре.

Хотелът е много приятен и стаите са просторни и комфортни. Спа центърът е на ниво и масажите бяха прекрасни. Храната в ресторантите беше превъзходна.

Персоналът беше любезен, но сякаш объркан за много казуси. Интернет връзката беше кошмарна и на рецепция и в ресторантите нямаше никакъв обхват. Платихме си изрично с вечеря, а от вторият ден ни беше забранен достъпа до вечерята на блок маса, поради някакво частно събитие и трябваше да се храним в а ла карт ресторанта, в който менюто беше ограничено и за дете на 6 години и нямаше голямо разнообразие.
