We stayed here for 3 nights and we booked the room with a balcony. Beautiful view to watch the sunset each night and bonus of a Mountain View. Good choice for breakfast including pastries, eggs, meats and cheeses. It fills you up for a few hours. Friendly staff and communicated with translator if we needed anything. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Would definitely recommend.

It is comfortable and nice place to stay. Everything was perfect! The people are also nice and friendly, the apartment I booked was spacious, warm and cozy with huge patio and amazing views! The breakfast was delicious, home made. Totally worth it!

The location was wonderful, the room was clean. The view from the room was wonderful. The room was cozy and clean.
1. There was a horrible stink coming from the bathroom.
2. The spa hours were not consistent - it said to be open from 9 but we came at 12 and the jacuzzi was cold and the sauna turned off.
3. We asked the manager to replace our towels but she refused - and said she won't replace them because we took them to the spa outside the hotel, she offered us to replace for 5 bgn for towel but we refused and stayed with soaking wet towels.
4. The bathroom was freezing cold, so the towels never dryed.
5. There was no room service, the towels were not replaced and the room was not cleaned.
