Everything was amazing. I would recommend the house to everyone. Perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms, nice host.

The garden of the house is amazing - there is a swing, a hammock, a trampoline, bbq, and summer kitchen with all the essentials. The house is perfect for groups of friends and children - two spacious studios and one double room, all with their own bathrooms. The host is very nice and helpful. Parking lot inside the garden. And the house is really near the center and some nice pizza restaurant.

Loved inner yard with kitchen, hammock, trampoline, and swing. There was also an alcove with a/c, tables, fridges - just perfect for big companies! Villa is greatly equipped with everything you need: barbeque zone, kitchen utensils, tea, spices, oil, etc. Rooms were with separate entrances and each had its toilet with the shower - ideal for big companies, as there was common space to hang around in the yard, but also private space for sleeping and having rest. The host also provided a baby cot for free. Aqua club Kotvata is just in 10 minutes walking. The host lives in the house in front of the villa and is always there to help! Ah, and we loved a small compliment from the host - a home made raspberry lemonade!) Very nice and timely.

The rooms are not a luxury hotel, but still functional, neat and tidy, which was most important for us. Basically, in the entire villa in separate rooms there are 3 king size beds, two single beds which can be put together and a sofa in the kitchen, so theoretically there are 10 sleeping places, but for 10 it might be a bit too small, so my advise is to think properly on advance who is going to sleep where if you rent the entire villa.
