Stor og opvarmet pool med et rimeligt antal liggestole. Lejligheden er stor og rummelig, med en okay balkon. God beliggenhed til Rila bjergene.
Personalet var ligeglade med os og på ingen måde service minded. De talte ikke til mig i de fire dage vi booede der. Lejligheden var til 4 personer, men i køkkenet var der kun 3 gafler, knive og skeer og 2 vinglas. Der var INTET andet i køkkenet. I stueetagen var der er et fælleskøkken og borde, som man ser på youth hostels. Personalet satte ikke tingene på plads, så opvasken fra de andre gæster flød på køkkenbordet. Wifi fungerede nærmest ikke på 3 sal, men det gik personalet slet ikke op i. Det er IKKE et sted vi ville booke igen.
