The room is reasonably comfortable (we were upgraded to a suite, which included a separated room with a bunk bed, no more). Nikky, at the reception, was very friendly and cooperative. We did not meet any other staff members. The best part of the room - the balcony, overlooking a stunning view of the mountains landscape. All things considered: good experience.
Light in the room was quite poor, and wall jacks were almost non existent (we had to maneuver the get the very small refrigerator connected). Drain at the shower was poor and part of the room was flooded. The worst part - no elevator, and there was nobody around to help a senior citizen (like myself) to carry luggage upstairs.

The hotel was a nice surprise. It has an excellent location for visiting the seven Rila lakes, nice restaurant with delicious food and is great for families with children and pets. The services are at a professional level.

The shower is just a shower head in the bathroom.
The breakfast really poor and you need to wait a while for the waiter.
You need to pay extra for ping pong
