Excellent rooms, beautifully decorated, very clean. The common area and the restaurant were also great. The surrounding forest had something out of a fairy tale. The open-air Jacuzzi was excellent (not included in price).

For breakfast, there was only one (tasty and big) option with no alternatives, and the service was very slow, while the waiter barely spoke English. Additionally, the area around the Jacuzzi wasn't tidy or complete. I believe it is a new facility and they are still working to complete everything. Even these small details can change my opinion that Algara Hut is an excellent choice for staying in Panichiste.

The location

We booked a “deluxe” room and a “double” room and we asked these to be close to each other. When we arrive we were presented two “double” rooms one at 1st floor the second at 3rd. No elevator. The receptionist claimed we did not order the deluxe room. After we showed the reservation she said she had no vacancy for such a room. After insisting and she calling the boss such a room was suddenly available and we got the two rooms on the 1st floor. Rooms were not 100% clean. No air conditioning. It was far from being a decent hotel it’s more a wooden house with little services. Bed was low quality. Bathroom had a slippery dangerous step. The were hairs in the bath. The toilet brush was broken. Enough?
