Location, facilities, food
Service, staff generally not friendly and non responsive. Forgot to clean our room when we had left our sign on the door. Came back after a day out and bed was still unmade and bathroom not cleaned. Initially they tried to tell us they had cleaned it but when we demanded they come and look, they agreed to send someone to clean the room. Two grumpy cleaners appeared, made the bed and did nothing else. When we asked for the Manager he was ‘away’. Pretty basic stuff for a five star rate.

The swimming pools and sauna complex were excellent.

Clean and comfortable room with a nice view of the mountains and the swimming pools. Nice terrace with a small sitting area. Spa was top tier - so many options and different saunas and warm pools.
Breakfast and dinner were so good, probably one of the best ones we’ve.
Staff is also very kind and helpful.
The only thing is that when we visited in May the AC wasn’t turned on so the room was a bit too warm and we had to keep the door open at all times to cool it down.
