Location is excellent for Borovets. Breakfast was good. We also had some good time in Borovets, because Jazz festival was at the time we were there.

The service - its excellent. Everyone was very polite and friendly. The food is nice, the location cannot be better. We are returning for second time, will be coming again for sure

Good breakfast and comfortable rooms.
Location is ideal and beautiful on the slopes.
For a 4 star hotel, you should not be paying for coffee and tea used in the room.
There is no place to leave shoes and items when changing into ski gear.
No apa amenities as they were out of order.
