A perfect place to stay for a visit to Giverny!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Bois aux Cerfs. Our room was very comfortable and cool, and the location was perfect for visiting Giverny. Olivier is a fantastic host, providing delicious breakfasts including homemade items, and also really good tips for visiting Monet’s house and garden and local restaurants. The pool and gardens are a lovely spot for relaxing after a busy day. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and would love to return sometime.

Perfect location for a Monet getaway

Really friendly and accommodating host. Great and cared for domain with small cottages and swimming pool on site. Breakfast was delicious. Easy 7min drive from Monet’s Garden in Giverny and 15min drive from the center of Vernon. Lots of restaurants closeby.

The Hosts were very friendly and helped us with practical tips (restaurants) and bicycling trips (la voie verte), the location is less than 10 minutes away from the gardens of Monet, but at a very quiet location. The small houses are cozy, look new and very clean, the breakfast area is large and there is the opportunity to chat with other guests.

Tranquility and warmth at Le Bois aux Cerfs!

Our little family of 4 had the most wonderful stay with Nathalie and Olivier. They could not have been kinder, or more welcoming. The property is so charming... breakfast was homemade and delicious, with fresh apple juice from the orchard, homemade yogurt, and eggs from the hens just outside. The space is beautiful, with plenty of things to keep the family busy (a pool, pétanques, pinball, foosball, darts, ping pong, animals to see....). Finding the property is easy, and the drive to Giverny is simple and quick. We loved staying here-- it's tranquil and lovely. 100% recommend.

The owners of this property are absolutely lovely!! Really went above and beyond in every way!!! Gave some great recommendations for places to eat and check out in the area. Breakfast was absolutely amazing!! Eggs from from their chickens, homemade yogurt, incredible breads. We have stayed at number of really nice bed and breakfasts --- Le Bois aux Cerfs is hands down the best!! Thanks for a terrific weekend!

We give this stay and Marine and Benjamin an A+. The lodging, food and hospitality were wonderful.

The breakfast was outstanding. All the food was fresh, organic, beautifully prepared and presented. There was homemade afternoon cake to have with tea, and the family (Marine and Benjamin) were wonderful hosts. It was a delight to stay with them. The yard was beautifully kept, and the individual cabins were perfect!

This was really a great acommodation run by a nice young family. Huge garden including a pool and a wellness area (spa), good french breakfast including fresh baguette, croissants, homemade jams, cheese and eggs from their own chicken, nice animals around, a cute cat, a lovely dog and even wallabys

Charmant séjour au vert et hôtes remarquables!

Gîte charmant dans le Vexin normand , tenus par des hôtes extrêmement accueillants! On se sent comme à la maison. Le petit-déjeuner de produits frais et locaux est délicieux et la piscine nous a été d’un grand réconfort pendant notre séjour au cœur du mois d’août. Merci pour l’accueil et le repos! Ma fille et moi nous avons aimé, la gentillesse des propriétaires, L’accueil, l’endroit magnifique, le calme du merveilleux jardin,les petits-déjeuners et conseils d’Olivier, les abricots de Nathalie 😋. Sans oublier le plouf dans la piscine après le retour à vélo et la proximité de Giverny.

Chaleureux, calme, bucolique et confortable

On a vraiment adoré le Bois aux Cerfs, c'est un hébergement idéal pour un week-end à Giverny (moins de 10 minutes en voiture). On est logé dans de petites cabanes totalement neuves, très jolies, dans un beau jardin plein de fleur à côté d'une magnifique église en pierre. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux comme indiqué dans les autres commentaires et l'ambiance chaleureuse.

Heerlijke rustige locatie met een prachtige omgeving! Mooi warm zwembad er bij en de eigenaar spreekt goed Engels. Alles is keurig onderhouden en zeker een aanrader! Ik wil hier zeker weer terug komen!
