This was a 5* stay with a wonderful host at a very reasonable price.

The rooms were very comfortable, the property beautiful and peaceful and the host very willing to accommodate us after we made a booking error. We arrived after a long flight from the US and really needed some “quiet time” after a walk through the gardens in Giverny. We had a two room cottage with a kitchen complete with coffee, milk, sugar and fruit.

Great hostess and lovely property , very close to The Monet Gardens

Loved walking through their gardens, especially in the evening. The room is quite roomy and exactly as pictured. Perfect location for touring Monet’s gardens. Hostess was wonderful and very helpful. She even delivered a great breakfast to my room!

Restful,relaxing and charming.

This was probably the best stay in our trip and one of the best ever. Our room on second floor was a modern, tastefully done, V-roof dwelling. The host was super nice to talk. She spoiled us with evening wine, a cobbler, chocolates, tea and coffee in the room and a very French breakfast. Although we didn't take an advantage, free bicycles were available.

There were 16 steps to reach our room which may not suit everybody. The room has a steep-walled tub.

A charming hostess. A lovely smart cottage in pretty grounds next to a river. The breakfast was good. There were nice bikes to borrow for free.

Beautiful, with large and extremely well maintained gardens, very nice rooms and amenities, very tougtfull designed. Madame Veronique, the owner is very kind and professional. Great breakfast with local specialties.

Relaxing, Refreshing, Friendly and quiet

The breakfast rolls were very fresh and the cheese delicious. The selection of teas would satisfy any palate.

Entirely my own fault I booked a room with a staircase which caused a few mobility issues for my wife. The owner helped us to get to our roon and couldnt have been better.

A peaceful country cottage near Giverny

We loved everything about this place: from the warm welcome by Véronique at the gate, to the excellent breakfast delivered to our little cottage every morning, to the tasteful decor and the magnificent gardens and location by the river Epte. There were bikes available to us, and we used them to go to Giverny the first night. Boardgames and outdoor games are also available, though we didn't use them. Most of all, the property is expansive with many seating and lounging areas for the guests. And it was very serene and quiet. Loved it and would definitely come back.

Getting there and leaving was a tad difficult as there is no bus coming to this area. (We are doing our vacation by train and public transportation.) It's important to note that while Giverny is close by, it's actually in another department, and thus, the buses don't serve Limetz Villez. In fact, the Uber driver who picked us up on the last day told us drivers don't like to come there because it's out of the way. So having your own car is a must. Other than that, everything was great.

We have stayed at many AirBnB's over the last few years, and this was far and away the best. Beautiful setting with a fast-flowing stream and private garden, clean and spacious accommodation, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, and a lovely (English-speaking) host who brought us a beautiful breakfast for us to enjoy on the patio. We would happily have stayed for a week. Very convenient for Giverny, which is beautiful and also exceeded our expectations. Good restaurant recommendations. What not to like?!

The perfect place to stay if visiting Girveny.

The accommodation was perfect in every respect. The quality of the apartment was first class - separate from the house, spacious, beautifully appointed and every detail had been thought of. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, great shower, outdoor chairs and table. Véronique provided a delicious breakfast each morning and made us feel very welcome. To visit Monet's garden in Girveny is a 5 minute car trip.

Everything was perfect - one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in anywhere in our travels.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was all we had hoped for. A perfect hideaway from the picturesque village of Giverny. We took a train from Paris and back. Everything went smoothly. Veronique bent over backwards to help us. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Expected good…but got a superb, peaceful oasis! Best place I’ve stayed in a while :)

Wow! What a little slice of heaven that Ms. Veronique has created. This BnB is everything you could want in a bnb. Our cottage was a 2 bedroom cottage directly beside a beautiful river. It was so spacious and even had a kitchen. It is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable, the cottage is very well built with high end materials. The back garden area was so nice for my son to be able to play. We made a little fire in the fire pit and relaxed on lounge chairs while we listened to the peaceful river and I sipped some exquisite Apple cider given to us by Veronique. There is so much privacy and space. There are bikes available for free to use at your leisure and Claude Monets gardens are practically next door. Each morning Veronique brought us a lovely breakfast with fresh baked goods and fruit. I will keep dreaming of the day we get to return to this peaceful haven.

The small but sympathetically furnished garden cottage is a very beautiful place, situated on the clear river Epte and in a nice garden. Our nephew's french wedding

Everything... words can't descibe how wonderful our stay was. From the moment we arrived until the morning of our departure... it was magical. Each morning our fabulous host Veronique brought us our breakfast. Veronique was certainly the host with the most... she even took us back to the wedding venue the following day to collect our car... magnifique.

The cottage was very comfortable. Room and bathroom large and well designed, with a smaller setting area that opens to the garden. Coffee maker in room. Private. Located along a quiet stream on the edge of a nice village. We were well received by the on-site host(I apologize, I don’t remember her name). Breakfast was very good. Close to the gardens by car.

Very satisfying stay

Very beautiful family-run countryside B&B. There’s a password at the gate to ensure safety, and the entire layout is gorgeous. Immediately upon entering, you get a view of the quaint cottages and well-maintained paths where the owner’s pet cat happily roams. On the grassy areas, there are colorful cushioned chairs and hammocks, a sitting area near a branch of the Seine, and an orderly garden with a shaded sitting area. The host is friendly and even offered us some local apple cider. We're also very happy with the fresh, delicious breakfast that puts all continental breakfasts to shame. Plus, the location is perfect, the rooms are unique and elegant, and it's only a quick walk to Monet's garden and other attractions. We'll definitely recommend it to our friends and hope to go back in the future.

Only 2 km from Giverny, right on a river with beautiful seating indoors and out. Modern but cozy, comfortable. A lovely little kitchenette area, wonderful large bathroom with a very nice shower. Great breakfast brought to our room to be enjoyed where we wished.

Were not able to get the internet to work, but enjoyed the cottage greatly

My family's stay was peaceful, the host was very welcoming and caring and went above and beyond!

The host was very friendly and the property was lovely! The gardens and many seating areas were idyllic and the creek added to the Monet experience. The cottage was picturesque and the town surrounding the property was a peaceful oasis from hectic Paris. Everything was very clean and the host brought my family breakfast at the agreed time and it was more food than we could consume which is not often the case with breakfasts in france. This place is truly a gem!

Veronique was the perfect host. Very nice and kind and breakfast was the best we ever had. The house was fully equipped and very large, full of little details arranged with love. The location was perfect and we felt like home. The house is in a garden that looked like Haven. We fell asleep with the sound of a stream right inside the property with a big garden full of flowers and birds. It felt like being in a dream. Merci merci merci Veronique! We couldn't find a better place to stay on our last honey moon day.

The apartment and its surroundings are lovely, we had everything we needed. We arrived very late,but the owners were so cute,we got dinner as well 🙂 This place is highly recommended!

Only thing we didn’t like is the bathroom door as it is made from ground glass.
