OTTIMA struttura, molto confortevole e molto calda in inverno!!

OTTIMA struttura, è vicina a Merano quindi facile parcheggio e poca confusione!! l'appartamento è perfetto, appena ristrutturato e dotato di ottimi confort: in inverno il riscaldamento a pavimento è eccezionale!! il parcheggio è comodissimo e avanti all'appartamento. bellissima vetrata sulla cucina che da direttamente in terrazza sulla quale d'estate si può anche mangiare.

Struttura nuova, moderna, pulita, accogliente. Panorama fantastico su Merano.

Il piatto doccia non porta via l'acqua e quindi va nel bagno. Belle veneziane moderne ma filtrano la luce.

Vacanze di Natale!

Appartamento curato e dotato di ogni comfort, situato a Marlengo in una zona tranquilla e ben servita. Panificio e alimentari sono a due passi, e in pochi minuti d’auto si raggiungono tutte le attrazioni della zona. Il divano letto si apre in due letti singoli, ma per noi non è stato alcun problema. Proprietario molto gentile e accogliente. Assolutamente da consigliare!!

La posizione comoda x raggiungere Merano, la casa accogliente, pulitissima e profumata ,abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario ed anche di più, caffè , tisane, acqua, sembra scontato ma nn lo è! Assolutamente da ritornare!

Es war einfach nur schön dort

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, ausgesprochen nette , hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern, hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Eine gute Adresse- sehr gerne wieder

Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon, ruhig, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, kurze Distanz (zu Fuß) zum Bäcker, Bahnhof Marling gut 15 Min. zu Fuß, auch mit Bus viel zu erreichen (wenn man dann weiss ab wo er wohin fährt), Infos (Broschüren in der Whng) vorhanden und sonst Vermieter (im Haus) fragen, viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe (Marling in der Höhe, Lana), es hatte schon einen Vorrat an Kaffeekapseln und Mineralwasser (super), sogar Tabs für Abwaschmasch.(was wir nicht brauchten), Matratzen waren gut, in jedem Zimmer Fenster, Klimaanlage (leise und im Sommer sicher angenehm), auch zeitlich mit Ankunft und Abgabe super geklappt

Kommt uns nichts in den Sinn...Dass der "normale" Duschkopf eine etwas "spezielle" Form hat (nicht rund sondern lang = Brause eine Linie) war für mich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, ist aber kein Makel...

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Das geräumige und moderne Appartement ist perfekt ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und vor Ort ansprechbar. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Meraner Land. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt unterhalb des Marlinger Waalweges. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentliche Nahverkehr ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem erfreulich sauberen und sehr gepflegten Zustand. Alle Räume sind hell, modern eingerichtet und vermitteln durchwegs eine sehr angenehme Urlaubsatmosphäre. Der Blick ins Tal nach Meran und Bozen sowie auf die gegenüber liegenden Gipfel des Hirzers und Ipfingers ist schlichtweg unvergesslich! Lage und Unterkunft verdienen sicherlich beste Bewertungen! 😁 😁😎

Alles war super vor allem die Betreuung durch die Vermieter.

Die ruhige Lage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Klimaanlage für einen Aufenthalt im Sommer.

Die Lage ist sehr zentrumsnah und doch sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung ist harmonisch modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.
